Evening meals should be light, carbohydrate free, but enjoyable...

  • We don't need to add fuel to our body just before sleep, if carbohydrates are consumed and not "burned" before bed, they will just turn onto fat! This is one of the most crucial mistakes made in nutrition. It's hard to break the cycle of eating carbs at dinner (potatoes, chips, bread, pasta, rice) but trust me when I tell you, it's key for a 6 pack!

  • You can still enjoy great tasting meals and feel satisfied by being creative with the available options.

  • Avoid: Rice, bread, pasta, fruit, sugar, potatoes, oats, grains, cereal... (the carbohydrates)

  • OK so now you have an idea how to structure the meal let me give you some of my own recipes I use! I will keep updating content regularly with time permitting so please bear with me.
